This survey is being conducted by the Indiana State University (ISU) College of Nursing, Health, and Human Services and the West Central Indiana Area Health Education Center (WCI-AHEC), to identify the educational learning needs of nursing staff employed in hospitals and long-term care facilities in West Central Indiana.

The questionnaire consists of two parts and will take about 20 minutes to complete.

Survey data is being collected anonymously and will only be used in group or aggregate form to determine the priority educational need areas of healthcare providers in the region, so that ISU and WCI-AHEC may better serve the regional healthcare community.
